International Freindship Culture Association(IFCA)

The period when nations separated by significant differences in ideology has ended.
The world summons us (Japanese) to act as global citizens. It is not a matter of providing material assistance, but rather how we will participate within the international community.

IFCA continues once again to fervently support the activities of the private citizen who, in 1933, founded the International Friendship House. Mastery of english conversation, which is vital to international exchanges, remains the principle focus; with this philosophy, many youths have spread out into the world. It is my sincere desire to steadily further volunteer efforts in the interest of world peace.
